Try it first

You can try RavandFX free for 3 days, with every feature, on your own account before you buy. Use that time to see position sizing, stop-loss and take-profit management and your money-management rules at work, so you know it fits your needs before you pay.

When we refund

If the EA does not work properly because of a technical problem on our side, we are here to help. We will first do our best to fix it as quickly as possible. If we cannot, we will gladly refund the remaining days of your subscription.

A long outage of the RavandFX server also counts as a problem on our side. In that case we add the lost time to your subscription.

What falls outside our control

How well the EA runs also depends on your internet connection, your computer or VPS and your broker's connection. Trading results depend on your decisions and on the market. These are not covered by the guarantee, but we are always happy to help you find and fix the problem.

How to ask

Email support@ravandfx.com with:

• your order reference or licence key
• a short description of the problem and, if you can, a screenshot of MetaTrader's Experts tab

We usually reply within one business day. If we approve a refund, we pay it back through the original payment method within 10 business days.
